JACQUET will provide to the manager as well as his staff an extensive training on the products sold, use of the IT system, working procedures…
The company will use exclusively the IT system self developed by JACQUET :
- This dedicated IT solution provides ideal solutions to boost your business (real time access to all group’s inventories, generating automatically intra-group trading, issuing commercial documents in your language...).
- The IT system manages both metric and imperial sizes. The company will also use the accounting system of JACQUET, specifically tuned in order to comply to the local accounting and tax regulations.
- The manager will have access to sales statistics issued by the IT system. Those statistics will enable the manager to have a complete monitoring of its sales as well as a perfectly adapted marketing tool box.
JACQUET Metals can provide tools enabling the company to cover the exchange rate risk.
A motivating earning system is put in place in order to keep the manager as well as the sales staff profit oriented. For example, each quarter all sales staff is entitled to a Quarterly Profit Bonus, a variable salary based of the earning before tax of the company.
